Add team members

On iPortal, add team members so that they can access Help and Support to:

  • Manage service providers.

  • View iProov documentation.

  • View and create support tickets.

  1. Log into iPortal: https://portal.iproov.com/

  2. Click Manage company.

  3. Click Invite.

  4. For each team member who will add or remove other team members, select the Company Manager role.
