Data retention
iProov implements standard data retention policies that are customizable on a contractual basis. As described under the User Management API session (user), data can be deleted on a per session basis. You are advised to raise all data retention implementations and concerns with your iProov Customer Success team.
Caution
Extreme caution should be taken before implementing an aggressive data deletion policy. Early deletions will limit our ability to provide support for affected transactions.
