iProov’s usability has been tested by:

  • Academia: University College London.

  • Industry: Commercial organizations in financial services and the public sector (government).

  • Clients: End-to-end solution tests.

Your user experience testing will vary based on your use cases and context. To test the speed, efficiency, accessibility, flexibility, and user acceptance of our technology in your implementation, we recommend the following:

Education screens are in place before starting an iProov claim.
  • Are these simple for the user to understand?

  • Do they accurately depict the iProov journey?

  • Does the user know what to expect?

Retry attempts: appropriate guidance between attempts is in place.
  • Are these instructions simple for the user to understand?

  • Is guidance provided to help users succeed at the next attempt?

  • Does the user understand how to successfully complete the process?

Happy path user outcome feedback
  • Does the user understand when the process has been completed?

  • Does the user understand what their next steps in the journey are?

Unhappy paths and events How are errors presented to the user?
Progress indicators Is the user provided with a progress status throughout the journey?
Translations and locale Are translations and locale settings applied correctly?
Accessibility Are accessibility needs and standards met?
