Retry path

For all enroll and verify transactions, iProov strongly recommends implementing a retry mechanism. Our standard recommendation is to allow a maximum of 3 attempts, which is a balance between ensuring a successful user journey and preventing an attack vector. The diagram below visualizes a potential user flow.

After each user attempt, iProov recommends providing additional user guidance (based on the error or failure code).
